Welcome to The Sunset Beach Club

Our condo is located on the Atlantic side (no bugs!) of Key Colony Beach in the heart of the beautiful Middle Florida Keys. Key Colony Beach is a serene community known for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear turquoise ocean.

Guests enjoy one of the few private fishing piers on the Key, a large private white sand beach, and a beautiful heated pool with grill. Enjoy all of the things to do in Key Colony Beach, or Marathon, which is just over the Sadowski Causeway. Or venture down to the popular Key West area, which is only an hour drive.

Our cozy Key Colony Beach rental features a complete kitchen, beautiful family room with two seating areas allowing a fabulous view of the pool and ocean from the giant bay window! Each bedroom has its own full bath. The master bedroom has a small office space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a new bunk bed.peac

Our unit features a washer and dryer. Drop your laundry in and go have fun in the sun, returning to clean, dry clothes. Additional features include cable TV and free Wi-Fi. (Pack and Play available upon request.)

Our condo is on the ground level. Exit the condo to a small private patio, pool, and out to the beach and fishing pier. The property is uncrowded with only 36 condos on a picturesque, manicured landscape. A full-time, on-site manager is available to assist you with your stay.
